Bring out your inner warrior and get fit as fast as possible
As a result, as a society we've become fat, lazy and weak. In sharp contrast to the inner wimp, the inner warrior is strong, rises to new challenges and enjoys doing what it takes to be strong, powerful and healthy. He also talks about how nutrition truly is the foundation of bringing out the inner warrior. We are on the same page when it comes to avoiding processed foods and the importance of pre and post workout foods that build your inner warrior. The cool thing is this program helps you do this on a budget and provides you with meal plans and recipes making it essentially done for you. The BuiltFit Workout Guide is a tremendous manual that puts a lot of emphasis on goal setting and tracking which is essential to progress. On the whole, I have to say that I think that Thomas is on to something special with his overall approach to nutrition and training. His plans are easy-to-follow and don't require a lot of previous knowledge - I'm happy to say that I can recommend his approach to bringing out the inner warrior and getting fit as fast as possible. With all the self proclaimed "fitness gurus" I trust a guy like Thomas which has been a breath of fresh air to the industry. One of his greatest skills is the fact that he can communicate complex ideas in a simple to understand way. If you give Thomas and his Epic Warrior program a try you'll be in good hands and save yourself a lot of headaches. Keep training hard," Mike Westerdal |
A plan that will completely reshape your body
The workout guide that goes along with this diet plan is also very explanatory and it's great to see the authors using workout splits that have stood the test of time. There's nothing gimmicky about this approach - it's based on real concepts that have produced real results, all laid out in a done-for-you fashion. If you're ready to get on a plan that will completely reshape your body and is also fun to use, I would definitely recommend checking out the Epic Warrior Diet and Workout program. "I tried the workout program. It was great but I have stopped because I no longer have the time in the mornings to fit it in, and my evenings are crazy. I didn't take any measurements so I have none to report, but my body IS bigger with more muscle especially my chest, arms and shoulders - noticeable and commented on by most people I know. All in all, yours is an excellent program. I'm glad that I found and followed your guidance." Zig |

"Bear in mind I'm in my 50s so gains are harder to achieve than for a young guy. I'd appreciate you telling me how you would use this information. Advice on supplements has been very clear and without any commercial hype. While my gains have been modest, due to some joint issues, over a period of about 12 months I've increased my girths (arms-biceps-about 3cms, chest about 3 cms and thighs about 5cms).I've also reduced my waist size by about 5 cms. Over this period I've increased weights from modest beginner to fairly heavy good levels, examples are; leg press 200kgs and lat pull-down 185kgs. I can do 4 x 8 pull-ups too." Eric |

"It is good to receive the continuous advice from you. I have been working out and trying to follow your advice. It has certainly helped me organize my work outs and food habits, however, I think it is too soon to see the results. I am trying to work put at least 4 days a week. I definitely feel healthy and looks like I am showing some results." Joy |

"My friend Thomas Calkins opens Epic Warrior with an excellent discussion about how most people are catering to their 'inner wimps' rather than their 'inner warriors.' The inner wimp is afraid of the unknown, doesn't like to be exposed to new things and avoids discomfort at all costs.
"I come across a number of different diet programs on a regular basis but very rarely can I give a plan my stamp of approval. The Epic Warrior Diet Program really sets itself apart from the norm because not does it include foods from all main food groups but it also teaches proper nutritional protocols for building lean muscle mass while promoting good health. You'll learn what to eat and when to recover from your hard workouts and help to generate the new lean muscle tissue you're looking for.
